Arrested:     Webb, Shenoa D (F) (27) of Hoopeston

                   Allen, Tosha L. (F) (35) of Hoopeston

Details:       HPD officers stopped the vehicle that arrested subjects were in.  Upon investigation, Ms. Webb was arrested for possession of meth with intent to deliver, possession of cannabis with intent to deliver and possession of controlled substance.  Ms. Allen was arrested for possession of meth.  Both subjects were taken to HPD to be processed.  They were later transported to the PBS in Danville to await arraignment. 

 

Carrying Concealed Weapon (city ordinance)             H18-5234

Time:          11:25pm

Location:    306 E Main St, BZZZ’s Place

Arrested:     Titus Barber (41) (M) of Hoopeston

Details:       While officers were conducting a walkthrough of the above location, Mr. Barber

                   was noticed doing a possible drug transaction.  Upon pat down of subject, an

                   illegal weapon was found on his person.  Subject was arrested and taken to HPD.

                   He was processed and later released with a notice to appear in city court.     

 

Possession of Cocaine w/ Intent to Deliver                    H18-5230    V18-8476

Time:          11:25pm

Location:    306 E Main St, BZZZ’s Place

Arrested:     Andrew Cordova (23) (M) of Hoopeston

Details:       While officers were conducting a walkthrough of the above location, Mr. Cordova

was noticed doing a possible drug transaction.  After an investigation, he was arrested and taken to HPD to be processed.  He was later transported to the PSB to await arraignment.

 

 

Possession of Methamphetamine                        H18-5235   V18-8481

Time:          4:40am

Location:    Baer St/N Dixie Hwy

Arrested:     Amanda Sweeney (32) (F) of Watseka

                   Bretton Edwards (28) (M) of Watseka

Details:       HPD officers conducted a traffic stop on the vehicle arrested subjects were in

                   for a traffic violation.  Upon investigation, methamphetamine was located inside

                   the vehicle.  Both subjects were taken to HPD to be processed.  They were later

                   transported to the PSB in Danville to await arraignment.

 

No Valid Driver’s License, No Valid Registration                  H18-5241

Time:          4:12pm

Location:    S. Market/E. Lincoln

Arrested:     Eric Green (49) of Hoopeston

Details:       While on a routine traffic stop a computer check revealed that the above subject had no valid driver’s license and no valid registration.  He was taken to HPD where he was processed and later released on a notice to appear in traffic court.

 

Driving While License Suspended             H18-5246

Time:          11:02pm

Location:    Parkview Court

Arrested:     Steven Hicks (24) (M) of Hoopeston

Details:       HPD officers conducted a traffic stop on the vehicle Mr. Hicks was driving for

                   a traffic violation.  A computer check revealed that subject had a suspended

                   driver’s license.  He was taken to HPD to be processed and was later released

                   on a notice to appear in traffic court.
