Details: While on a routine traffic stop Mr. Franklin was found to be in possession of cannabis. He was charged with the above, and taken to HPD, where he was processed and later transported to the PSB.

Complainant: (58) year old Hoopeston Male
Details: Complainant contacted HPD when he noticed item were taken from his vehicle, without his permission. Investigation continues.
Possession of Controlled Substance H18-6081 V18-9834

Location: 900 block of E. McNeil
Arrested: Ian Gaffney (27) of Hoopeston
Details: Officers were called to the above location in reference to a subject in the area yelling. After an investigation Mr. Gaffney was found to be in possession of a controlled substance. Mr. Gaffney was charged with the above and taken to HPD, where he as processed and later transported to the PSB.

WOW Perjury Warren County, IN H18-6085 V18-9844
Time: 2:38pm
Location: 600 blk E. Main St.
Arrested: Angel Bane (38) of Hoopeston
Details: Officers were on patrol when they attempted to locate Bane whom they knew to have an outstanding warrant for her arrest. Officers made contact with her, and a computer check confirmed the warrant as active. She was taken to HPD where she was processed and then transferred to the PSB to await extradition.
