No Valid Driver’s License, Disobeying Stop Sign                  H18-6111

Arrested:               Jordan Finazzi (27) (M) of Rossville

Details:                  HPD officers stopped the vehicle Mr. Finazzi was driving for a traffic violation. A computer check revealed that subject didn’t have a valid driver’s license.  He was arrested and taken to HPD for processing.  He was later released with 2 traffic citations and traffic court date.

 

 

Criminal Damage to Property          H18-5118

Complainant:        (51) year old Hoopeston female

Details:                 HPD was called to the above residence when the complainant discovered damage done to her property. Investigation continues

Location:              1022 W Penn St, Casey’s

Arrested:              Thonchel Scott (26) (M) of Hoopeston

Details:                 HPD officers were called to McDonalds for a report of a suspicious person.

                             Subject was found at Casey’s and a computer check revealed that he had

                             an outstanding warrant through Vermilion County.  He was arrested and

                             taken to HPD for processing.  He was later transported to the PSB in

                             Danville in lieu of bond.
