Details: Officer checked out with the above male. An investigation revealed Schwartz to be in possession of Cannabis and Drug Paraphernalia. Schwartz was taken to HPD, where he was charged with the above, processed and later released with a notice to appear in Hoopeston City Court.

Details: HPD conducted a traffic stop at the above location. Arrestee was found in possession of Meth and was detained. Female was transported back to HPD and later charged on the above listed charge. The subject was then transported to PSB Danville to await arraignment.

Details: At the time of the call the subject was causing a problem, which shocked and alarmed the complainant who requested to sign complaint. Arrestee was served notice to appear in Hoopeston City Court for his actions.

Details: Unit 1 struck Unit 2 who was backing from a parking space, the suspect unit 1 fled the scene East bound on State Route 9. Suspect Unit 1 should have damage done to the passenger rear side of the unit.

Lisa Bitzel (54) of Hoopeston
Details: Officers were dispatched to the above location in reference to a verbal dispute. After an investigation Bitzel was found to be in possession of methamphetamine and Armstrong was found to be in possession of drug paraphernalia. Both subjects were taken to HPD, where they were processed and later transported to the PSB.
