Details: Unit 1 stuck Unit 2 as Unit 2 was going through the intersection, Unit 1 did not see Unit 2 and struck it in the side. Both units insured, drivable, and no injuries reported at the time of the report.

Arrested: Andrew Cordova (25) (M) of Hoopeston
Details: HPD officers saw Mr. Cordova at the above location and knew that he was
trespassed from the property. After attempting to make contact, subject had
fled the area. The next day, subject was observed on Main St and was
arrested on the above charge. He was taken to HPD, processed and later released with a notice to appear and court date.

Complainant: (49) year old Hoopeston Male
Details: Complainant contacted HPD when he discovered person(s) unknown had entered his property and taken items without his permission. Investigation continues.
Warrant Arrest H19-3118 V19-4708
Time: 8:16pm
Location: 600 block of W. Elm
Arrested: Kurtis Simpson (34) of Hoopeston
Details: HPD officers saw Simpson walking and believed he had an outstanding warrant. A computer check confirmed the warrant out of Vermilion County. He was taken to HPD and charged with the above. Simpson was processed and later transported to the PSB.
Theft (Over) H19-3087 V19-4710

Arrested: Matthew Hofer (36) of Hoopeston
Details: On 6/10 HPD was dispatched to the 300 block of S. Dixie Hwy for a burglary to business report. On 6/11 Hofer was found to be in possession of multiple items that were taken from that business. Hofer was taken to HPD, where he was charged with the above, processed and later transported to the PSB.
