VEHICLES:  Unit 1: Unknown Make, Truck Tractor  
   Unit 2: Red 2016 Peterbilt      
   Unit 3: 2016  Ford Straight Truck  
DRIVERS:  Unit 1 – Male, Unknown, Pending Identification   
   Unit 2 – Eli I. Schwartz, 63, Ephrata, Pennsylvania 
   Unit 3 -  Mark R. Dettman, 58, Milledgeville  
Passengers:  None 
Preliminary: Unit 2 and Unit 3 were slowed for a traffic backup on I-74 W/B near MP 206 due to a traffic crash 4 miles ahead.  Unit 1 failed to reduce speed and struck the rear of the Unit 2 semi-trailer.  Unit 1 became engulfed in flames. Unit 3 was stopped in front of Unit 2. Unit 2 then struck Unit 3 in the rear.    
 
 
 
TRANSPORTS: The driver of Unit 1 was pronounced deceased on scene. The driver of Unit 2 was uninjured. The driver of Unit 3 was uninjured.
