Details: HFD was called for a CO detector going off in the residence.  No injuries reported.

 

Battery (city) H19-6100

Time:    6:20pm

Location:    600 block N Market

Complainant:  30 year old male from Brownsville, TX

Arrested:    David Perez (32) (M) of Brownville, TX

Details:    HPD officers were called to a 911 investigation.  Upon arrival they were told

   that a battery had occurred.  Mr. Perez was arrested, taken to HPD and processed.

   He was later released with a notice to appear in city court and city citation.
