Complainant:   23 year old female

Details:           HPD was called in reference to criminal damage to property.  Complainant

                       advised unknown subjects damage the tire to her vehicle.  An investigation

                       continues.

 

Warrant Arrest             H19-6283

Time:          4:45pm

Location:    200 blk W Maple St

Arrested:     Elijah Hunt (33) (M) of Hoopeston

Details:       HPD officers checked out with Mr. Hunt knowing he had an outstanding

                   Champaign County warrant.  After a computer check to verify warrant, subject

                   was arrested and taken to HPD to be processed.  He was later transported to the

                   PSB in Danville in lieu of bond.

 

Possession of Methamphetamines                                 H19-6286

Time:          6:39pm

Location:    400 blk S Dixie Hwy

Arrested:     Tonya Edwards (42) (F) of Hoopeston

                   Beau Edwards (39) (M) of Hoopeston

Details:       HPD officers stopped the vehicle that Mr. and Ms. Edwards was in for a

                   traffic violation.  An investigation found methamphetamines in the car and

                   they were both arrested.  They were taken to HPD to be processed and later

                   transported to the PSB in Danville to await arraignment.
