Debit Card Fraud, Theft                            H19-6404

Complainant:  55 year old Hoopeston female

Arrested:        William Johnson (M) (28) of Hoopeston

Details:          HPD officers spoke with the complainant about a debit card fraud.  After an

                      investigation, Mr. Johnson was arrested and taken to HPD to be processed.  He

                      was later transported to the PSB in Danville to await arraignment.

 

 

Traffic Accident, Driving While License Suspended                       H19-6411

Location:    800 blk W Penn St

Unit #1:       2004 Chevrolet Utility driven by Jeanean Vogel (F) (71) of Hoopeston

Unit #2:       2014 Chevrolet (parked and unoccupied) owned by Larry Coon of Hoopeston

Arrested:     Jeanean Vogel (F) (71) of Hoopeston

Details:       Unit #1 was traveling east bound in the 800 blk of W Penn when it struck Unit

                   #2.  A computer check revealed that Ms. Vogel had a suspended driver’s license.

                   She was arrested and taken to HPD for processing.  She was later released with

                   a traffic citation and court date.  No injuries were reported and both units were

                   insured.
