Details:       Officers conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle Vaugh was a passenger of.

A search revealed Vaugh to be in possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia. Vaughn was taken to HPD, where she was processed and later transported to the PSB.

Arrested:     Seth Gredy (34) (M) of Hoopeston

Details:       Mr. Gredy walked into HPD and turned himself in on outstanding Vermilion

                   County warrant.  He was processed, posted bond and released with a new

                   court date.

 

 

Breach of the peace constituting disorderly conduct              H19-6466

Citation issued:     David T Cannon (M) (40) of Hoopeston

Details:                 HPD responded to a noise complaint . Mr Cannon was issued a Notice To Appear citation for a city ordinance.
