Arrested: Hensley, Chase R (M) (24) of Hoopeston 

Details:    HPD officers checked out with Mr. Hensley knowing that he had an outstanding

Champaign County warrant.  A computer check confirmed that information and 

subject was arrested.  He was processed and later transported to the PSB in

Danville to await extradition.

 

Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Driving on Expired Registration  H20-0277

Time: 13:15

Location: 700 blk S. 1st Ave.

Arrested: Justin Lawless (39) of Hoopeston

Details: Officers called out with a vehicle in the area of above driven by Lawless. A computer check revealed the vehicle driven by Lawless had expired registration. A search of the vehicle revealed drug paraphernalia. Lawless was transported to HPD where he was processed and released with a NTA on the above charges.
