Unit 2:         2011 Ford UT driven by Cheryl Ennen (F) (57) of Piper City IL

Details:   Unit 1 struck Unit 2 while backing up causing damage.  No injuries at the time of the report. No Citations, Both units insured. 

 

 

 

 

Driving While License Revoked                 H20-0345

Location:    115 E Orange St Casey’s General Store

Arrested:     Jeremiah F. Smith (39) (M)of Rossville

Details:       During a traffic stop a computer search showed Mr. Smith to have a revoked

                   driver’s license. Mr. Smith was transported to HPD for processing and later

                   released with a Vermilion County Court Date.

 

 

Possession of Methamphetamines, Possession of Methamphetamines with Intent to

          Deliver, Criminal Trespass on State Supported Property    H20-0379  2020-0648

Location:    500 S 6^th Ave, Parkview Court

Arrested:     Jeffrey Davis (51) (M) of Hoopeston

                   Susie Davis (37) (F) of Hoopeston

Details:       HPD officers were called to the area in reference to a report of trespassing.  Upon

                   investigation Mr. Davis was located, arrested and charged with criminal trespass.

                   Ms. Davis was arrested and charged with possession of methamphetamines and

                   possession of methamphetamines with intent to deliver.  They were both taken

                   to HPD.  He was released and given a county court date.  She was taken to the PSB

                   to await arraignment.
