Details:     HPD responded to the location for damage to some windows by a Pellet gun. 

 

Possession of Methamphetamine, Driving while license suspended H20-0596

Location: 800 blk of N Market St

Arrested: Jessica Carpenter(40)(F)of Hoopeston

Arrested: Titus Barber(41)(M)of Hoopeston

Details: During a traffic stop a computer search was done and showed that Ms. Carpenter

had a suspended license. During a search of the vehicle it was found that Mr. Barber was in possession of methamphetamines. Both were transported to HPD for processing. Ms. Carpenter was released with a Vermilion County Court Date and Mr. Barber was later transported to the PSB.
