Unit 2: 2010 Ford SUV driven by Leah Kylin Martin (F) (17) of Hoopeston

Details: At the above time and date, HPD was requested to respond to investigate an accident that had occurred. Unit 1 at fault for failure to yield right of away, Unit 1 driver also cited for IVC 3-707 No Mandatory Insurance, with court date set for Danville. Both Units were drivable from the scene. Unit 2 has insurance. No report of Injuries at the time of accident.
