Details: Complaint was filed by the US Postal Service after a Brindle pit left his property in an aggressive manor charging and barking from the middle of South Market Street. Cited person came outside and yelled for the dog to return and taken inside. Court date set for Hoopeston City Court

Arrested: Williams, Nathan D (M) (34) of Cerro Gordo, IL
Details; Hoopeston Officers stopped a vehicle for traffic violation, while conducting his interaction with the driver, strong odor of Cannabis was emitting from the stopped car. Investigation rendered the above list of charges, subject was transported to PSB Danville to await bond hearing and extradition back to Macon County on his warrant. Vehicle was towed from the scene.

Arrested: Bradley David (31) Wellington male
Details: HPD received a call of a verbal altercation in the area of the above. Upon
arrival officers found what was believed to be a vehicle that was involved in
the altercation. A gun was located in possession of Mr. Bradley. He was
arrested and taken to HPD to be processed. He was later transported to the PSB in
Danville to await arraignment.

Details: On 2/11/18, HPD officers were notified of criminal damage to a seat
inside the courtroom at City Hall. An investigation led to the arrest
of Mr. Bradley. He was taken to HPD, processed and given a city
citation and court date. He was later transported to the PSB on other
charges.
