Arrested:              Jasmine M Harms (25) of Hoopeston

Details:                 During a traffic stop subject was taken into custody after officers

                             found cannabis in her possession.  She was transported to HPD

                             where she was released with a Notice To Appear in Hoopeston City

                             court.
