Arrested: Jordan Davis-Ervin (29) year old Hoopeston male

Details: Officers were dispatched to the above in reference to a civil disturbance and male laying in the road. Once on scene they found a male who had appeared to have been battered. The above subject was later located and taken to HPD. Davis was charged with the above, processed and transported to the PSB
