No Valid License, Possession of alcoholic liquor in a motor vehicle

Location: 200 blk of W Penn St

Arrested: Lori J Luca(57)(F) of Westville

Details: HPD officers were conducting a traffic stop and a computer search showed that Ms. Luca

did not have a valid license. A vehicle search also showed her to be in possession of alcohol in a motor vehicle. Ms. Luca was arrested and transported to HPD for processing and later released with Vermilion County Court Dates.
