Leaving the Scene of an Accident,

Details: Hoopeston Police Officer was on the lot of CVS and witnessed the accident occurred. That officer immediately rendered aid the victim in Unit 2. Unit 1 left the scene of the accident back west from the crash. Unit 1 was located short time later and the driver was taken into custody, transported to HPD and booked on several citations. He was later released from custody with court date at Vermilion County Courthouse.
