Arrested: Stephanie Solis (F) (56) of Hoopeston

Details: HPD officers were in the area for an unrelated incident. A computer check revealed

Ms. Solis had an outstanding Livingston County warrant. She was arrested and taken

to HPD to be processed. She was later transported to the PSB in Danville to await

extradition.

 

Domestic Battery H22-2097 2022-4485

Time: 3:22am

Location: 500 blk E Young

Complainant: 55 year old Hoopeston male

Arrested: Marty Fink (67) (M) of Hoopeston

Details: HPD officers were called to a residence for the report of domestic battery. Mr. Fink was

arrested and taken to HPD to be processed. He was later transported to the PSB in

Danville to await arraignment.

Time: 11:25 AM

Location: 901 W Main St, H.A.R.T. Facility

Details: At the above time, HFD was dispatched to a strong odor that started after they pooped a circuit break in the building. HFD was able to locate a fan that the motor burnt up on it causing the smell. No Damage or Injuries. Units all cleared.

Arrested: Carrie Arce (43) (F) of Hoopeston

Details: HPD officers checked out with Ms. Arce knowing she had an outstanding

Vermilion Co warrant. After confirming warrant, she was arrested and taken

to HPD to be processed. She was later released after posting bond and given

a new Vermilion Co court d
