Arrested: Jeffrey Gaffney (M) (55) of Hoopeston

Details: HPD officers stopped the vehicle Mr. Gaffney was driving for a traffic violation. A

computer check revealed the registration was expired and suspended. Mr. Gaffney was

also driving on a suspended driver’s license. Subject was arrested and taken to HPD

to be processed. He was later transported to the PSB in Danville to await arraignment

 

TRAFFIC ACCIDENT (PD) H23-6033

Location: S. 5th St / E. Main St Hoopeston

Unit 1: 2012 Silver Toyota driven by Anderson D Murfin (M) (23) of Hoopeston, IL

Unit 2: 2004 Silver Toyota driven by Zachary A Nuss (M) (28) of Hoopeston, IL

Details: At the above time and location HPD was requested to investigate traffic accident.

Unit 2 had to be towed from the scene. Both units insured. Ticket issued to Driver of Unit 1

for failure to stop at a marked intersection. Court Date set for Danville Court.

 

 

Driving while License Revoked H23-6035

Time: 9:09AM

Location: 1650 E Rd/3850 N Rd Hoopeston

Citied: Donald J Hayes (34)(M) of Champaign

Details: HPD officers were out with Mr. Hayes and a computer search showed him to a revoked

license. Mr. Hayes was mailed a citation for a Vermilion County Court Date.
