Speeding, Loud Muffler Excessive Noise H23-6158 Time: 9:36am Location: 300 blk W Main St Cited: Brendan Trumann (M) (21) of Cissna Park Details: HPD officers stopped the vehicle Mr. Trumann was driving for a traffic violation. He was cited for the above violations, given a traffic court date and was released from scene.

Restraint of Dogs by Owner (city) H23-6164 Time: 4:23pm Location: E Young Av/N 4th St Cited: Kayla Petty (F) (29) of Hoopeston Details: HPD officers were dispatched in reference to Ms. Petty’s dog running loose. Officers located the dog however they could not catch him. Ms. Petty was advised the dog was running loose. She was later mailed a city citation and city court date.

Operating Motor Vehicle when Registration Suspended for Noninsurance H23-6179 Time: 8:57 pm Location: S 3rd Ave/W Orange St Cited: Roshuana T Williams (F) (25) of Hoopeston Details: HPD conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle found to have no insurance. The above subject was identified as the driver. Ms. Williams received a citation and notice to appear in Vermilion County Traffic Court and was released from the scene. 

Fire Call Time: 9:30 pm Location: State Route 1/4300 North Rd Details: Hoopeston FD along with HPD were dispatched to the area for a possible accident. The scene was turned over to Vermilion County.
