Details: HFD responded to check status on CO2 detector that kept sounding even after changing of the unit’s battery. It was discovered that the detector was over 10 years old. Homeowner was instructed to purchase a new unit. All units cleared

Details: HPD responded to the area for a report of burglary in progress. The above subjects were located and taken into custody by HPD. Mr. Hutton was processed at HPD, then transported to PSB Danville, IL to await arraignment for burglary, possession of methamphetamines, and criminal trespass to real property. Ms. Jones was processed and released from HPD with a notice to appear in Vermilion County Court for criminal trespass to real property.

Details: HPD responded to the report of trespassing that had just occurred by a subject threatening the complainant. After further investigation, the listed subject was mailed a city citation for the above charge.

Details: HPD responded to the business for a report of retail theft. The above subject was located and taken into custody for the charge. Mr. Buckner was process and released from HPD with a notice to appear in Vermilion County Court.

Details: HPD was called out to the report of loud music in the area. Mr. Rosenboom was served

Residential Burglary, Possession of Methamphetamine H23-6219 2023-9230

Details: HPD responded to the report of an unknown individual on the property. The listed subject was found to be in the residence and to be in possession of methamphetamine. Ms. Edwards was taken into custody by HPD and processed. She was later transported to PSB Danville, IL to await arraignment.

Cited: Michele A Gray (F) (62) of Hoopeston

Details: HPD responded to the report of an unrestrained dog attacking the complainant’s dog. Ms. Gray was identified as the dog’s owner and received a City of Hoopeston citation and notice to appear in City Court.
