Unit 1: 2018 Ford driven by Stella E Smith (F) (62) of East Lynn

Unit 2: 2009 Ford driven by Joel A Nosler (M) (19) of Hoopeston

Details: HPD officers were dispatched to the report of a traffic accident at the above location.

Unit 1 was traveling eastbound on Main St and was struck by Unit # 2 traveling southbound on 6th Av. Both parties entered the intersection without seeing the other. No citations were issued, no injuries were reported and both units were insured.

Unit #1: 2015 GMC SUV driven by Joaquin Cardenas (M) (22) of Hoopeston

Unit #2: Pole owned by Ameren

Details: HPD, Arrow and HFD were called to the area for the report of a traffic accident. Unit #1 was

traveling westbound on W Penn and attempted to make the turn southbound onto

S 2nd Ave when his vehicle left the roadway and struck a pole. Driver of Unit #1 was

cited with above charges and given a traffic court date.
