DWLR, Operation of Motor Vehicle when Registration Suspended, Operating an Uninsured Vehicle

Arrested: Krista Duffin (F) (35) of Paxton

Details: HPD officers checked out with a suspicious vehicle parked across both lanes of the drive-thru occupied by Ms. Duffin. A computer check of vehicle showed a suspended registration, and a check of the driver showed a revoked driver’s license. Subject was arrested and taken to HPD to be processed. She was later released with 3 traffic citations and a Vermilion County traffic court date.

 

Burglary, Criminal Damage to Property H23-6361 2023-9841

Location: 400 blk W Penn St

Complainant: 60 year old Hoopeston female

Arrested: Titus Barber (M) (45) of Hoopeston

Details: On 11/15/2023, the complainant contacted HPD in reference to a burglary to a garage.

After an investigation, Mr. Barber was arrested at HPD when he came in for an interview.

He was processed and taken to the PSB in Danville to await arraignment.

 

 

Domestic Battery H23-6589 2023-9843

Time: 11:02pm

Location: 700 blk S 6th Av

Complainant: 42 year old Hoopeston male

Arrested: Dakota Hanlin (M) (31) of Hoopeston

Details: HPD officers were dispatched to the above location for the report of a domestic disturbance.

Upon investigation, Mr. Hanlin was arrested and taken to HPD to be processed. He

was later transported to the PSB in Danville to await arraignment
