Unit 2: 2022 Honda owned by Blaiz Burton of Hoopeston

Details: Unit 1 was backing out of a parking spot when it struck Unit 2 (unoccupied) and left the scene. The driver of Unit 1 was later identified as Mr. Justice. He was taken into custody by HPD and later released with citations for Leaving the Scene of an Accident (Motor Vehicle Crash Involving Damage to Vehicle) and Operating Uninsured Vehicle and was given a mandatory court date in Vermilion County Traffic Court
