Did not find anything wrong at the residence. Fire Call Time: 6:32 pm Location: 600 blk E Penn St Details: HFD was dispatched out for an activated carbon monoxide alarm. All units cleared without incident. Warrant Arrest H24-0184 2024-0247 Time: 11:52pm Location: 100 blk W Main St Arrested: Rory Kempen (M) (37) of Hoopeston Details: HPD officers checked out with Mr. Kempen having previous knowledge that he had an outstanding Warren County, IN warrant. A computer check confirmed that information and he was arrested and taken to HPD to be processed. He was later transported to the PSB in Danville to await extradition.
