Mr. Blackwell was transported to HPD for processing and was later transported to PSB Danville, IL to await arraignment. 

 

Aggravated Unauthorized Use of a Weapon x 2, Possession of Stolen Gun H24-0480 2024-0626

Time: 12:45am

Location: 824 S Dixie Hwy, McDonald’s

Arrested: Adam Fox (M) (24) of Alvin

Details: HPD officers responded to the report of a suspicious vehicle being in the drive thru

at McDonald’s after closing. Upon arrival, Mr. Fox appeared to be sleeping with his

foot on the brake. He was woken up, asked to step out of the vehicle and officers

noticed a gun within reaching distance of Mr. Fox. A computer check revealed the gun

was stolen. He was arrested and taken to HPD to be processed. He was later transported to the PSB in Danville to await arraignment.
