Hoopeston Fire and Hoopeston Arrow were called to the scene due to the passenger of Unit 1 experiencing pain. Unit 2 also had a passenger that was experiencing pain, who was transported to Hoopeston Carle for further evaluation. Unit 1 received a citation for disobeying a traffic control device. Prattis (33) of Hoopeston Details: HPD Officers observed Mr. Prattis in the above area. A computer check showed Mr. Prattis to have an active Vermilion County Warrant, Mr. Prattis was transported to the Hoopeston Police Department where he was processed and later taken to the Public Safety Building in Danville.
