Gail V. Teegarden, 63, from Rossville, passed away at 5:25 am Friday,  June 15, 2018 at Carle Foundation Hospital , Urbana, Illinois. Funeral Services are Wednesday, June 20, 2018 at 10:00 am at Blurton Funeral Home, Hoopeston. Graveside will follow at Rossville Cemetery. Visitation will be Tuesday, June 19, 2018 from 4-7:00 PM at the funeral home.
