Jamie Eugene Moore, 43, of Hoopeston, IL, passed away at 10:10 P.M. Wednesday August 1, 2018 in Danville, IL. He was born December 14, 1974 in Danville, IL, the son of Kenneth E. “Butch” and Sharon Kay (Redman) Moore. They survive in Hoopeston.
He is also survived by his significant other, Cheyenne Lee; two sons, Kenneth Moore and Kingston Moore; one daughter, Bayleah Moore; two brothers, Tim Burke and David Wallace; four sisters, Angela Burke, Kelly Deline, Christy Burke, and Beth Pinkerman; one granddaughter, Raen Amelia Jaramillo; and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents; one aunt, Georgia Rutledge; and two uncles, Joe Rutledge and Bill Simpson.
Jamie was a laborer, working construction. He served in the United States Marine Corp. and attended New Beginnings of Hoopeston Church. He loved his dogs and helping others. Jamie especially loved spending time with his children.
A visitation will be held 10:00 – 11:00 A.M. Tuesday August 7, 2018 at Anderson Funeral Home 427 E. Main St. Hoopeston, IL. The funeral service will follow the visitation and will begin at 11:00 A.M. Tuesday, at the funeral home, with Pastor Bruce McQuigg officiating. Burial will follow in Floral Hill Cemetery in Hoopeston.
