Karen Sue Graves, 81, of Veedersburg, IN, passed away at 10:22 P.M. Sunday August 30, 2020 at Bickford Senior Living in Crawfordsville, IN.  She was born June 26, 1939 in Danville, IL, the daughter of Nathan and Hazel Hale.  She married Bill Graves on January 12, 1992 in Reno, NV.  He survives in Veedersburg, IN. 

She is also survived by one daughter, Kerri Kyle of Rossville, IL; one son, Mark Robinson of Indianapolis, IN; one sister, Dody Tennyson of Surprise, AZ; and two grandchildren, Dallas and Mason Robinson. 

She was preceded in death by her parents and one brother, Ronnie Hale. 

Karen was a self-employed hairdresser in Perrysville, IN and later worked as a secretary at the Veteran’s Administration in Danville, IL.  She enjoyed golfing, going to horse shows and attending her granddaughter, Dallas’, show choir performances.  She loved her dog, Lizzie and had a special place in her heart for cats.  Karen enjoyed life and being around people. 

Per her wishes, she will be cremated.
