Joe Ray Whitlow, 76, of Potomac, passed away at 12:08 a.m. Saturday, March 6, 2021, at Carle Foundation Hospital, in Urbana.  A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, March 10, 2021, at the Potomac Church of the Nazarene, with Glenda Shelton officiating.  Cremation rites have been accorded by Blurton Funeral Home.  Memorials may be made to the family to assist with funeral expenses.  The family has entrusted the Blurton Funeral Home to assist them in honoring Joe's life.  Condolences may be shared with the family on his everlasting memorial page at:  www.BlurtonFuneralHomes.com.
