Cynthia Ann “Cindy” Walker, 63, of Hoopeston, IL, passed away at 7:24 P.M. Wednesday June 30, 2021, at her home. She was born December 12, 1957, in Danville, IL, the daughter of Reba M. Hudson and she was also raised by her father, Leo Calvert. She married Rocky Walker on February 15, 1997, in Hoopeston. He survives in Hoopeston.
She is also survived by two daughters, Carey Anne (Jeremy) Green of Hoopeston, IL and Jessica Renee Walker of Mahomet, IL; one son, Willy Walker of Hoopeston, IL; 10 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren; and step-father, Darrell Pickett.
Cindy was a homemaker. She enjoyed going to concerts, traveling to Nashville, going on rides with her husband, and listening to music, especially Elvis Presley.
A visitation will be held 10:00 A.M. – 12:00 P.M. Tuesday July 6, 2021, at Anderson Funeral Home 427 E. Main St. Hoopeston, IL. The funeral service will follow the visitation and will begin at 12:00 P.M. Tuesday at the funeral home. Burial will follow in Floral Hill Cemetery in Hoopeston.
