Patricia Ann Ross, 79, of Hoopeston, IL passed away 10:03 P.M. Saturday, September 25, 2021 in Oakwood, IL.  She was born June 1, 1942 in Rensselaer, IN, the daughter of Harold and Evelyn (Spriggs) Brown. 

She is survived by two daughters, Christina Huddleston of Hoopeston and Susette Rubeck (Kent Reynolds) of Monticello, IN; one son, Charles D. Brewster of Hoopeston; several sisters and brothers – in law; several brothers and sisters – in law; ten grandchildren, Travis (Jennifer) Rubeck, Sarah (Eric) Brehm, Ryan (Jennifer) Huddleston, Shane Rubeck, Jenifer (A.J.) Garrison, Christopher (Andrea) Huddleston, Meghan (Jon) Andol, Mitchell (Lauryn) Brewster, Drake Rubeck (Anastasiya), and Chuckiara Huddleston; thirteen great grandchildren, Caleb Huddleston, Landon Huddleston, Eidan Huddleston, Roman Brehm, Connor Andol, Olivia Andol, Keaghan Webber, Rowan Huddleston, Logan Brewster, Hailey Brooks, Hanna Brooks, Logan Todd, and Bella Rubeck, and several nieces and nephews. 

She was preceded in death by her parents and a grandson, Jeremy Brewster. 

Patricia worked at FMC in Hoopeston for twelve years and then worked at McGills in Monticello, IN for ten years.  She liked to bird watch, do puzzles, play solitaire on the tablet, garden, babysit the grandkids and great grandkids, and loved spending time with her family. 

The family would like to send a special thank you to the staff at Carle in Hoopeston and St. John’s Hospital in Springfield for the wonderful care she received. 

Per her wish, cremation rites will be accorded and a burial will be held at a later date.
