Naomi Kay Garrison, 80, of Potomac, passed away at 5:40 p.m. Wednesday, December 22, 2021, at OSF Sacred Heart Medical Center, in Danville.

Naomi was born on August 15, 1941, in Ridge Farm, Illinois, the daughter of John and Margaret (Price) Hubbard.  She married Robert “Bob” Lee Garrison Sr. on December 19, 1962, in Hillsboro, Indiana.  He preceded her in death on December 28, 2007. 

She is survived by three daughters- Teresa (Mike) Clawson of Covington, IN, Marilyn (Randy) Seyfert of Potomac and Brenda Farrar of Potomac; son- Robert Garrison Jr. of Danville; seven grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; two sisters- Patsy Michaels of Danville and Linda Rush of Potomac; and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, twin brother- Bill Hubbard and sister- Esther Brown.

Naomi worked at GE, Howard Industries and Caradco, in Rantoul, until her retirement in 1992.  She previously attended the Potomac Church of the Nazarene.  She enjoyed watching westerns, traveling, rising in the car and spending time with her grandchildren.

Graveside services will be held at 2:30 p.m. Monday, December 27, 2021, at Potomac Cemetery, with Pastor George Desmond officiating.  Memorials may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association.  The family has entrusted the Blurton Funeral Home to assist them in honoring Naomi’s life.  Condolences may be shared with the family on her everlasting memorial page at:  www.BlurtonFuneralHomes.com.
