Alice M. Thiele, 85, of Watseka passed away on Sunday, February 20, 2022 peacefully in her sleep at home with her daughters. Alice was born on February 5, 1937 in Milford to Harry and Stella Kincade. She married Harold Thiele in Kentland, Indiana on February 2, 1957 and he proceeded her in death on July 26, 2009.

Alice is survived by her daughters, Sandra Thiele and Cathy Thiele of Watseka; step sister, Shirley Martz of Woodland; brothers and sisters in-law, Merl and Diane Thiele and Kenneth and Pat Thiele of Watseka; and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents; two sisters, Jean Gossett and Carolyn Nale; three brothers, Ernie, Thomas, and Arthur Kincade; step brother, Junior Schroeder.

Alice enjoyed sewing, crafting, garage sales, and was an avid reader. She also enjoyed nature as a whole. Alice had been a factory worker and homemaker.

Alice’s wishes were to be cremated with a Graveside Service at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, March 2, 2022 at Oak Hill Cemetery in Watseka with Joe Hughes officiating.
