Jeffery Alan Hufford, 61, of Danville, IL, passed away at 6:30 P.M. Friday June 24, 2022, at his home. He was born September 19, 1960, in Danville, IL, the son of Ronald Joseph Hufford and Carolyn Sue (Brown) Wolfe. He married Sandy Lacey on December 11, 1981, in Danville, IL. She survives in Danville.
He is also survived by one daughter, Lacey (Nicholas) Pribble of Danville, IL; one granddaughter, Peyton Grace Pribble; his father-in-law, Raymond Lacey; and a few nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Carolyn Sue Wolfe; father, Ronald Joseph Hufford; two brothers, Jerry Haluska and John Robert Wolfe; and his mother-in-law, Beverly (Richards) Lacey.
Jeff was a production worker at Arconic in Danville for 30 years. He served in the United States Marine Corp. from December 1979 - January 1988. He was a member of Faith Baptist Church in Danville, where he served as a Deacon and song leader. Jeff loved airplanes and sports bikes and enjoyed writing.
Visitation will be held 10:00 – 11:00 A.M. Thursday June 30, 2022, at Faith Baptist Church, 920 Warrington Ave., Danville, IL. The funeral service will follow the visitation and will begin at 11:00 A.M. Thursday, at the church, with Pastor Allen Rudie officiating. A private burial will be held.
