Dawn Bogle, 64, of Paxton, IL, passed away at 4:59 A.M. Monday February 20, 2023, at Accolade Healthcare of Paxton on Pells in Paxton, IL, due to stomach cancer. She was born January 30, 1959, in Lynnwood, CA, the daughter of Jack and Colleen (Smith) Taylor. She was later adopted and raised by her grandparents, Miles and Charlotte (Hansen) Taylor. She married Mike Bogle on April 20, 2018, in Paxton, IL. He survives in Paxton, IL.
She is also survived by three daughters, Tara Dawn Reynolds, Brita Linn Reynolds, and Emily Cecile Coker all of Shreveport, LA; one sister, Patty J. (Henry) DeHeer of Paxton, IL; one brother, Billy (Nancy) Taylor of Columbia, IL; four grandchildren, Joshua, Arianna, Hayden and Bentlee; two nephews, Brian (Melinda) Wells, and Jeffrey (Sondra) Taylor; and one niece, Amy (Dean) Gilson.
She was preceded in death by her parents; one sister, Charlotte Milene Wells; and a niece, Billie Jean Taylor.
Dawn graduated from Rantoul High School in 1977. She was a member of St. Mary Catholic Church in Paxton, where she was active in the Council of Catholic Women. She enjoyed drinking coffee and spending time with her family and friends.
A visitation will be held 10:00 – 11:00 A.M. Friday February 24, 2023, at Anderson Funeral Home, 427 E. Main St. Hoopeston, IL, with a rosary service beginning at 10:45 A.M. A private graveside service will be held.
