Tressa Jean Kohl-Ferati, 43, of Crawfordsville, IN, gained her heavenly wings at 5:00 A.M., Tuesday, June 18, 2024, at her home. She was born November 7, 1980, the daughter of Roy and Teresa Rowell Kohl. Her mother preceded her in death on January 4, 2016.
She is survived by her father, Roy Kohl of Hoopeston, IL; her fiancé, Randy Pederson of Crawfordsville, IN.; two daughters, Caitlyn Pederson and Olivia Ferati; five sons, Trever, Andre, Kohl, Daniel, and Randall Pederson; one sister, Traci Kohl (Matthew Boyer) of Hoopeston, IL; one brother, Troy Kohl of Hoopeston, IL; one granddaughter, Elizabeth Pederson; and four nieces and nephews Ryleigh Wardall, Brea Boyer, Alexander Boyer, and Dinozzo Boyer, all of Hoopeston. Tressa was also blessed to have two of the very best friends, Brooke (Porter) Phillips of Oxford, AL and Brandy Vannice of Shannondale, IN.
Along with her mother, Teresa, Tressa was preceded in death by her grandparents, Bill Shallenberger, Rudy and Jean York, and Martha Sanders Rogers.
Tressa was a stay at home mom caring for her babies that she absolutely adored Tressa was an amazing cook. She loved to laugh and have a good time with family and friends. Tressa enjoyed the outdoors especially spending time fishing with her Dad on his boat. Tressa had a beautiful soul, that was strong, loving, and giving.
Per her wishes, cremation rites will be accorded. A visitation will be held 4:00 – 7:00 P.M., Tuesday, June 25, 2024, at Anderson Funeral Home, 427 E. Main St. Hoopeston, IL.
