Cited: 16-year-old male of Hoopeston

Details: HPD responded to a dispute at the above address. Upon investigation the juvenile

was arrested then cited and given a notice to appear in Hoopeston City Court.

Arrested: Joel A Garcia-Hernandez(30)(M) of Hoopeston

Details: HPD officers conducted a traffic stop and a computer search showed Mr. Garcia-Hernandez

to not have a valid driver’s license and was wanted out of Douglas County and Vermilion

County. Mr. Garcia-Hernandez was arrested and transported to HPD for processing and

later transported to PSB to await arraignment.
