Michele Lynn Allison, 60, of Hoopeston, IL, passed away at 3:00 P.M. Saturday, June 20, 2026, at Carle Hoopeston Regional Health Center. She was born May 28, 1966, in Danville, IL, the daughter of Robert Daniele and Shirlee Ann (Huffman) Allison. They preceded her in death.
She is survived by two daughters, Ashley Pickett (Nick Montez) of Hoopeston, IL and Alexis Pickett of Hoopeston, IL; one sister, Cathy Napolitano; sister-in-law, Sherlyn Huffman; four grandchildren, Gavin, Trenton, and Reydon Montez and Lydia Martinez; one niece, Kristina Huffman (Chris) McTee of Middleburg, FL; two great-nieces; and two great-nephews.
In addition to her parents, Michele was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, Rich and Evelyn Allison, maternal grandparents, William and Mary Huffman; brother, Barry Huffman; nephew, Daniel Huffman; and many aunts and uncles.
Michele worked at Schumacher Electric for many years and then at Dave’s Electronics. She later worked as a CNA at Heartland and Ford County Nursing Home. She enjoyed doing word search puzzles, watching any type of drama tv show, and listening to music, especially Fleetwood Mac and Stevie Nicks. Michele also enjoyed collecting horses, unicorns, and birdhouses. She loved her dog, Chica, and spending time with her grandchildren and attending their games.
Cremation rites will be accorded, and burial will be held at a later date.
