Allen Lee Bills, 75, of Hoopeston, IL, passed away at 7:38 A.M. Saturday, July 11, 2026, at his home. He was born on May 24, 1951, at Sherman Hospital in Barrington, IL, the son of Eldon Hugh and Bernice Caroline (Popp) Bills. He married Pamela Jean Kozlowski on August 20, 1988, in Long Grove, IL. She preceded him in death on February 9, 2026.
He was also preceded in death by his parents, Eldon and Bernice Bills; two sisters, Deborah Cope and Cheryl McIntire and one brother, Dougie.
He is survived by his son, Charles Bills of Bremerton, WA; one sister, Karen Bills See of Kalamazoo, MI; two brothers, Dennis (Nancy) Bills of Danville, IL and Richard Bills (Suzette Fuller-Bills) of Cary, IL; brothers-in-law, Robert McIntire and Dwayne Cope; two grandchildren, Finleigh Ann Bills and Macauley Shae Bills; and several nieces and nephews.
Allen worked for H.B.Fuller and Barrington Transportation until his retirement. He enjoyed playing golf and watching the History channel.
Cremation rites will be accorded.
