William Cecil Neal, 80, of Hoopeston, IL, passed away at 2:04 P.M., Saturday July 18, 2026, at his home. He was born on November 7, 1945, in Monticello, KY, the son of Herbert and Ina (Kennedy) Neal. They preceded him in death.

He was also preceded in death by his six siblings, infant brother James Dale, Dave, Sharon, Velma, Doris, and Kelly.

William enjoyed doing handyman work and mowing yards. He also enjoyed listening to old country music and watching Ice Road Truckers.

Cremation rites will be accorded.
