Mya Jaylynn Turner, 8, of Ambia

Mya Jaylynn Turner, 8, of Ambia, IN, is joining her great grandparents in heaven. She was born on June 29, 2018, in Lafayette, IN, the daughter of Michael Brandon and Ashley Marie (Swearingen) Turner. They survive in Ambia, IN.

She is also survived by her five siblings, Nicholas, Mackenzie, Madison, Mckenna, and Mckinley; and her grandparents, Dianna Turner (Jody Richards) of Hoopeston and Don and Lisa McCoy of Danville.

Mya loved playing with her siblings and playing video games, especially Roblox, Fortnite, and others. She also loved watching TV and movies, especially her favorite Howl’s Moving Castle where her favorite character was Calcifer. She also liked dinosaurs, playing in the rain puddles with her sisters, and loved eating cheese balls and the color pink. 

Mya could always brighten up the room and is deeply loved and missed by her family. "And to Mya, mommy and daddy will always love you to the moon and back and we'll cuddle like always."

Cremation rites will be accorded.
