Details:                  While animal control was called for an unrelated call, they located a Black Boys Huffy Decay bike in bushes of an alley.  Owner may claim at HPD

Details:                 Complainant reported this children were shocked and alarmed by the actions and threats the complainant’s children witnessed.   NTA Issued for Hoopeston City Court on the above charge.
