Details:                 Unit 1 failed to negotiate the turn from east Penn to Euclid Ave, striking

                             Unit 2.  Unit 1 failed to stop and report the accident.

 

 

 

Disobeying Police Officer       H17-1560

Date & Time:        May 17, 2017     6pm

Location:    300 blk E McCracken

Arrested:     17 year old Hoopeston female

Details:       Officers responded to the above for an altercation between a group of people.

                   The 17 year old subject was told at another time to have no further contact

                   with the other parties on the scene.  She was taken into custody and charge

                   with Disobeying Police by disobeying a direct order.  She was transported

                   to HPD where she was issued a Notice to Appear in Hoopeston City court and

                   was released to her parent.
