Details: Complainant reported unknown subject (s) entered his
residence and removed items without his permission.
Traffic Accident H17-4244

Location: 700 block of S. 1st Ave
Unit #1: 1991 Chevrolet Pickup driven by Tina Lile of Hoopeston
Unit #2: 2011 Ford 4-Door driven by Gabrielle Doss of Hoopeston
Unit #3: Buick 4-Door owned by Aaron Cannon of Hoopeston
Details: Unit #1 was backing out of a parking space which caused Unit #2 to strike the back end of Unit #1 the forward momentum caused Unit #1 to strike Unit #3 which was unoccupied and parked. Upon investigation of Unit #3 it was discovered that the vehicle had a false registration sticker and was not insured. The driver of Unit #1 was cited for Improper backing and the owner of Unit #3 was cited for Operating Uninsured Vehicle and Unlawful Display on a Vehicle of Any Registration Not Authorized for Use on Such Vehicle. Mr. Cannon was processed and released with a court date.
Unit #1 & 2 were both insured. No report of injury.
Criminal Damage to Property (Under); Assault H17-4251

Location: 300 block of N. 6th Ave
Arrested: Robert Colunga (26) of Hoopeston
Details: Officers were called to the above in reference to a possible domestic disturbance. After speaking to everyone officers charged Colunga with the above, transported him to HPD where he was processed and later released with a Notice to Appear.
Disorderly Conduct H17-4258
Time: 10:15 AM
Location: Parkview Court Apartments
Complainant: Hoopeston Male
Arrested: Miller, Melinda Rae (36) (F) Watseka
Details: At the above time the Complainant called and reported that he just interrupted the arrestee trying to gain entry to an apartment in the complex. The arrestee was transported to HPD where she was issued an NTA on the above charge. The Female was transported to Carle ER for evaluation due to not feeling well.
