Details: Complainant contacted HPD when he noticed person(s) unknown and without his permission entered his residence and took tools from the property. Investigation continues.

 

Unlawful Assembly (city citation) H18-0196

Time: 8:35pm

Location: 400 blk E Maple

Arrested: 14 year old Hoopeston female

13 year old Hoopeston female

17 year old Alvin female

Details: HPD officers were called to the above area in reference to a battery 

complaint.  Upon investigation, all 3 individuals were arrested for

city ordinance violation of Unlawful Assembly.  2 of the females were

transported to HPD and the other was brought in by a guardian.  All

3 were given notice to appear citations for city court and released to 

guardians.
