Disobeying Police (City Ordinance) H18-0546

Location: 500 block of E. Main

Arrested: Sabbin Jackson (30) of Hoopeston

Details: Officers responded to the above in reference to a loud verbal dispute.

While on scene Jackson refused to cooperate. Jackson taken to HPD, charged with the above, and later released with a Notice to Appear in City Court.
